Edit the properties of a dataset with existing revisions
Switch to the Revisions tab
Select a revision and click Edit
Update either the What or Why fields
Click the Save button (at this point the update is saved into the database)
The window displays the message "Refresh to see the changes in dataset revisions."
Click Refresh
The table with the revision list doesn't update. If you view the revision, you see the old data. If you edit the revision, you get the new data.
