Instrument File Field Location | Universal Template File Field Location | Special Notes -- | -- | -- Column A | Column A (Aliquot) | Values begin in Row 2 Each Value will appear at least twice. Column B | Column I (User Defined Field 1) |   Column D beginning at row 2, Cells in Row 1 for Column Q, R, and S | Column B (Analyte Identifier) | Column D will contain at least two different values, these will always be analyte identifiers, just as they are written, for measured values in Column E. Column Q, row 1 corresponds to the Analyte Identifier “Accepted Droplets”. These will appear twice, but only need to be imported once. Column R will contain values for analyte identifiers whose name will be the value in the corresponding row of Column D + “Positive Droplets”. For instance, in the data file attached, cell R2 would contain a measured value for a result with an analyte identifier of “int1 Positive Droplets”. Column S will contain values for analyte identifiers whose name will be the value in the corresponding row of Column D + “Negative Droplets”. For instance, in the data file attached, cell S2 would contain a measured value for a result with an analyte identifier of “int1 Negative Droplets”. Columns E, Q, R, and S | Column C (Measured Value) | Measured Values for all columns begin at row 2. See notes in the row above for which measured values correspond with which analyte identifier.
