[TRI] Metal "compounds" flows missing from the latest TRI release (Aug 2021) #83

Basic plus data files appear to be missing flows related to metal compounds resulting in validation issues for these flows. EPA has been alerted.

May also appy to mixtures and trade secret chemicals
