Please include GHG and any other indicators missing from the heatmap.

GHC is omitted in the heatmap currently: https://model.earth/io/build/sector_list.html?view=mosaic&count=50

But GHG appears in the IO grid commodity filter: https://model.earth/io/build/slider.html#sectors=333613,335912,336111
