Need `Unit` field to support hybrid models #219

With hybrid models, new sectors will be characterized with new units (e.g. mass). We need to identify that somewhere in the model.

Propose a new Unit field to be added to model$Commodities and model$Industries

I don't think it will be needed anywhere else.

I believe this should be also added when writing model matrices such that sectors.csv has the Unit field added, otherwise there is no indication anywhere in the export of the reference flow of the hybrid processes.
