We would like to utilize Github Actions to automate the building of the software and packaging it as a docker container.
Will publish to my dockerhub account for now at: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/countdigi/snptk
The tag format will be YYYY-MM-DD-{first-7-chars-of-github-sha}
