- living coral vs macroalgae look very similar at low resolutions, so it's hard to spot dead coral
- ~4m res, 7 bands
- good methods doc here
- ground-truth validation efforts seem pretty weak, but the coralNet effort looks like a good start
- CoralNet source code inquiry thread in their g forum
