Datasets are loading ok, but updated titles and other fields are not updated #49

This is a minor issue, but I updated some titles and other ancillary items that are not updating. Is there a way to re-initialize or re-pull the datasets?

This is a symptom of #50. Nothing is updating because the whole server is having permissions issues due to some bug in the ERDDAP version.
