a few "DAY" files not included in OB.DAAC order? #37

I have noticed a few granules that (according to the CMR) do cover GoM and are tagged as "Day", but they are not included in the files given for an OB.DAAC order.

This list of "successful" granule download tasks currently shows a lot of these. Note that the "execution dates" (aka the granule time) are late in the afternoon. Perhaps OB.DAAC is cutting Day/Night by time rather than using the metadata?

Are these actually day passes that are missing, or is the metadata check not working as expected?

If verified this could mean that we are missing data when using OBDAAC subscriptions and should be reported there.

This will be easier to check once NRT ingests are back up and we can compare our CMR-powered ingest vs what we get from OBDAAC.
