Quick & automated assessment (confusion matrix) output from classification(s) output would be v useful to help w/ tweaking of algorithms. This is a set of "manual training data". Nothing we are using in the official algorithm assessment, but something we can look at as we are designing the algorithm.

Matt has a point-shape file just placed in /yin/homes/mmccarthy/Matt/WV_Testing/ that would be good start. Other possible sources include data from the various NERRS, CCaP, and the manually-digitized map from mustang island.
