Lack of ASCII art cows in init process

Currently when you start up FogOS, there are no ASCII art cows that are displayed in the terminal. Obviously this is kind of bad. I hereby propose:

• To create amazing ASCII art for FogOS
• Add it to the init system so it prints every time the OS starts
• Bask in the glory of FogOS
