I'm about to Code Review this!

I'm going to get the code and then:

First things first, test if the command line utility actually does what it's supposed to
- Don't pass anything in... pass in invalid files... etc.
Find edge cases where I can break it
Find logical errors
Suggest formatting and stylistic improvements
Make sure things are documented properly.
