DATABASE: Stop creating deprecated folders, databases, and files in new projects #119

This issue contains a working list of deprecated folders, databases, and files that we no longer want to create in new projects. This issue will be updated as we locate deprecated items and @lpotts confirms that they are no longer needed. When development resources are available, we will work through the list. The initial list of items proposed by @jsfried but not yet confirmed by @lpotts are:

Core\db\scenario_results FVS\db\fvsin.mdb FVS\db\fvsout.mdb Processor\db\biosum_processor.mdb Processor\db\biosum_processor.version Processor\db\fvs_out_processor_in.mdb Processor\db\scenario_results.mdb

Attached is a list of tables in the project.mdb folder that are no longer needed. Per @lpotts: They can be removed from the PROJECT.MDB where specified. The application code used to create them in the PROJECT.MDB must be removed also. However, the tables are referenced in other ms access db files so not all the code should be removed. project_mdb

Updating uc_project.SaveProjectProperties to stop creating effective, validcombos_fvspost, validcombos_fvspre in PROJECT.MDB. Per @lpotts, no longer needed.

As of v5.8.7, these tables are still being created in project.mdb and should no longer be created in new projects:

form_travel_times links_category links_depository processor_scenario processor_scenario_datasource

Also made minor cosmetic updates to uc_contact form. There were old references to Core Analysis and FRCS on this form. Removed items listed in initial problem statement after verifying they are not required in the code.
