5 years ago It is possible to install biosum_ref.accdb when the application is installed but it will only be installed in the appData directory of the logged-in user when Biosum is installed. Instead we will add a version table and number, similar to what we did with opcost. Biosum_ref.accdb will be copied to the user's appData directory when Biosum is started if any of the following conditions are true:
- biosum_ref.accdb doesn't exist in the user's appData directory
- biosum_ref.accdb exists but is missing the version table
- biosum_ref.accdb exists but the version is less than the current version as defined by a global variable
Biosum_ref.accdb will be copied to the user's appData directory from the Biosum installation directory. @lpotts has implemented this with other applications and will supply documentation to @lbross. This will ensure the analyst always has the correct copy of biosum_ref.accdb.
