Consider no longer loading tree_regional_biomass #263

Closed jsfried closed 2 years ago

The end of the load displays number of records loaded-- it shows zero for TreeRegionalBiomass and in fact that table in master is empty. Have we changed process so that we don't need that table? If so perhaps that line of the success dialog (and the table itself?) could be removed.

I just ran a test using v5.8.10 with 5 plots in Oregon county 1 and had the same number of tree biomass records as trees. This would be on the Oracle XE path. @sorgtyler can you run a similar test with USFS path and see what you get? We have not changed the tables we load in this process.

Oh that is interesting. The biomass values appeared in the master.tree table for all 30 thousand trees or whatever, but not in the master.tree_regional_biomass table and the record count in the message displayed was zero.

The biomass values that used to come from this table are now loaded using another process. This table is no longer needed. We should remove it from the plot input process. Jeremy's original error was due to not importing the tree_regional_biomass table into the input MS Access database.

Closing. We decided to stop using this table in issue #278.
