FVS On* can only produce output in a single SQLite database. This is not compatible with the existing BioSum MS Access table structure. As a temporary workaround we will build a function that copies the data in the output SQLite database into the existing BioSum MS Access .mdb tables so it can be used by the rest of the application. We will use the FVS_CASES.RunTitles field to identify variant/packages that exist in the BioSum project.
