FVS: Remove All_Plots from Selected Group pick list on FVSIn screen #281

This requires updating the template FVSIn.db that is distributed with the application. In the future, super users can customize this table in their application install\db directory but their customizations will be overwritten when a new version of BioSum is installed.

Looks good, All_Plots selection has been removed.
