FVS: Remove obsolete FVS output table references from BioSum #283

FVS_CANPROFILE: Appears obsolete in FVSOnline FVS_BM_MAIN: Appears obsolete in FVSOnline; perhaps an earlier version of FVS_Carbon table (BM; biomass). FVS_BM_BKP: Appears obsolete in FVSOnline; perhaps an earlier version of FVS_Carbon table (BM; biomass). FVS_BM_TREE: Appears obsolete in FVSOnline; perhaps an earlier version of FVS_Carbon table (BM; biomass). FVS_BM_VOL: Appears obsolete in FVSOnline; perhaps an earlier version of FVS_Carbon table (BM; biomass).

Also add all FFE table names to BaseYr processing in uc_fvs_create_mdbs so that records from BaseYr runs can be written to the BioSum .mdb FVSOUT_XX_POTFIRE_BaseYr.MDB.

Per email from @jsfried dated 10/10/2022: I would argue that FVS_ECONSUMMARY and FVS_CONSUMPTION are legit tables to support in that they don’t have multiple records for a given stand-year combo.
