PROCESSOR: Tree Species edit error when common name contains an ' #284

BioSum throws an error when the species common name contains an apostrophe '. For example, Sargent’s cypress in CA and NC. This was reported by Evan at Berkeley. Used the ado_data_access FixString method to resolve.
