FVS: Update references to FICS from FCS #290

  1. Update title of black window to FIA Integrated Compilation System (FICS): Volume and Biomass Calculation
  2. Files in the AppData/FIABiosum folder include fcs_tree.db and fcs_tree_calc.bat. Can we rename these?

Probably would be good to rename for the functionality rather than a particular software or acronym-- perhaps biovol_tree.db and biovol_calc.bat to make it software name agnostic-- that way, if FICS migrates into something else, one less renaming to pay attention to.
