Add section for developer resources

Perhaps we should include a "Developer resources" or similar section.

Description or summary of the suggested addition

This could be in addition to the existing Injector Script section or a broader "developer resources" section that would also include the injector script information.

The resources could also include ScienceBase related materials such as:

Agreed, this is a better option for grouping that information.

Added a "Developer Resources" section near the end of the document and included all of the code from above.
