We need to collect further information about the figures, tables, and key messages in NCA4. This needs to include:

Observed vs. Projected data RCP 4.5 and/or 8.5 Regions applicable

Reid will create the template
Kat will make script to ingest data into GCIS
On GCIS Conventions ticket #34 (https://github.com/USGCRP/gcis-conventions/issues/34), Amrutha will determine the right provenance connection from scenarios.

Provenance convention is determined, Scenarios will be connected to objects by "wasDerivedFrom" semantic link.
Regions need to be created (NCA4 regions plus Continental US and All US)
Script to ingest tags needs to be written.

@rasherman We have follow up tickets to import these tags #661 and #662. Can we close this collection ticket as completed?
