PMCID field in reference should redirect to NCBI PubMed page #665

Prefix : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/

That URL prefix works for PMIDs, but it looks like PMCIDs need the prefix http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/ instead. Done.
