New format:{{< tbib 'NUM' 'UUID' >}} (space before tbib is optional)

Is it possible to implement tbib format for indicators as well? It should be similar to findings tbib format.

@amruelama done, but it doesn't quite look the same.

Because reports (which indicators are underneath) have such a lot of references, we can't set it up to list them all out at the bottom. But we can make the tbib inside the larger body of text be a clickable link.
