Create 'delete' button for references and delete orphan references and related child pubs #693

References are currently not deletable on stage. Enable reference deletion.

This should follow up with deleting orphaned references and related child pubs from this list.

Deleted orphan references and the respective orphaned child publications (which do not have other references linked). Also deleted individual related contributors such as person and organization, and their associated publication maps.
