Add reading in and writing out correlation data from aquadoppHR profiler instrument. Add ability to filter velocity and average echo intensity data (AGC_1202) using correlation data. Modify code to write both burst averaged data (-a.nc) and burst (b-cal.nc)
output. Fix issue with bin_depth variable so upward and downward orientations are handled correctly.
