Updates to Onset Hobo sensor processing to handle water level (water pressure), water level sensor as barometer (air pressure), dissolved oxygen, and conductivity types of hobo loggers. Add feature to extract raw variable names and units from the raw or processed sensor csv file created from the vendor software (Hoboware). Use utils.create_z to make vertical coordinate variables 'z' and 'depth'. Add tests to test_scipts.py for hobo loggers.
