unused info in gatts file? #247

Can we get rid of this information in the global attributes file:

DRIFTER; 0 POS_CONST; 0 DEPTH_CONST; 0

I have no idea what it is...maybe a hold over from EPIC convention?

I'm not suggesting they are particularly useful or need to stay, but these are defined at https://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2007/1194/netcdf_globatt.html
