"As with WQ data, only data coded as publicly viewable goes to the web service. There is a discrete groundwater level service for that. How do you query QWDATA? If you use an ODBC connection to NWIS, I think you will just need to add the GWSI GW_LEV and possibly the GW_MPNT tables to your database."
