Will finalize this after a little bit more work to compare the different mainstem sites. All code is here to write out the labeled observation files.

See figures and discussion in #98 for choices

This covers everything discussed in the issue. I think I have covered everything spelled out by @limnoliver as of Friday afternoon except fraction of continuous sites. This should be ready to go once we are done with discussions in the issue. I can add the final versions of all plots over there if that is useful once we are settled on the holdouts.
