This addresses #68 , atmospheric pressure is fetched from noaa and munged to a daily time step. I used this site to look up the flag codes for air pressure and I think they are the same as for conductivity, but we should double check to make sure. I also added the functionality to fetch and munge air temperature from the noaa stations, but I have not implemented it yet.
