Issues with COAWST Model run scripts.

@galengorski Should we be implementing the method to calculate the salt from #17 as a process in a process script. Here is a snapshot of hourly data in the netcdf, but I assume we need the salt front location at each timestep. hourly_salt_front_aug_19

We need the salt front location (river mile) for the whole duration of the model run. If you pull the data at the hourly time step, we can aggregate to daily. It should be a single time series though.

I figured. I'll commit the salt front location calculation, which is aggregated to daily.
