Outline structure for groundwater data release

Planning steps for the groundwater data release that will accompany the paper that Janet Barclay is leading:

• [x] create an excel file that contains datasets that will be included
• [x] sketch out structure of data release; do we anticipate needing any child items?

Note that this data release will not include any targets/files created as part of the FY22 NHDv2 downscaling experiments.

Adding some thoughts from Janet in our 9/6/22 meeting about the data release structure below.

We would need:

• one flat file that contains catchment attributes that we’re compiling. The other driver data is in the temperature/forecasting data release.
• some processing of the temperature signals
• MODFLOW outputs
