Add riparian canopy cover to table of nhdv2 attributes #52

This PR adds another variable to our list of target attributes to download from ScienceBase. CNPY11_BUFF100 represents the percent tree canopy in a 100 meter riparian buffer around the river segments (NLCD 2011). We intend to use it as a proxy for segment canopy cover/shade, which can mediate the atmospheric influence on water temperature. The data are downloaded from ScienceBase and processed to NHM segments as an area-weighted average of contributing NHDPlusv2 catchments using our existing workflow.

I am merging this PR without review. The changes here add just one variable to our existing workflow, which was reviewed earlier.
