In the DRB, seg_id_nat == 3558 is dropped from the river-dl pipeline due to really weird PRMS and SNTemp numbers (see river-dl issue here). To avoid confusion regarding the expected number of river segments, I suggest we drop this segment from the output table in p2b_static_inputs_nhm_combined.
