Added file paths to gage height spreadsheets for stage-only sites. #58

File paths updated and all stage/gage height spreadsheets have 2 columns: gageHeight and dateTime with dates in yyyy-mm-dd format. The only one not update yet is Lake Winnebago as I am still trying to find a work-around for dates pre-1900.

@lindsaycarr - please review.

@sbmarsh-USGS the implementation to the plot_names_by_site.csv look good :+1:

A couple of things:

I think we wanted to have .csv instead of .xlsx files (look back at #56).
I apparently don't have access to the M drive. Did we want to use the ones sitting there or add the csv's to this R project?

I can save them all as .csv files and update the pathnames. What will be easiest as far as where to keep them? I don't want to have to update them in 2 places every year, though...
