Requerying with new date limits yields 1 more site in sites.yml; @dblodgett-usgs , let me know if it'd save you a lot of time to keep that new site out of sites.yml. Also, though, I think we could switch to building the NWM data from site_info.yml (combines COMIDs and site IDs, limits to the 3 sites we've chosen) rather than pulling 8-9 sites worth of NWM data on a redo.
dates.yml should now be available, appropriate, and used everywhere that dates_subset.yml had been used before.
