Compare regions obtained from feature clustering and streamflow metric clustering #35

The 2 common approaches to defining modeling regions are:

  1. clustering based on static features
  2. clustering based on response metrics

We are planning to use both approaches for different uses. 2 is used to define model regions (#25) and 1 is to estimate which reaches are unaltered (#31). We could compare the regions obtained from these approaches.

Suggesting this as an enhancement option for the high flow regions paper. Exploring what cluster regions would look like when based on static features.
