get inflow and outflow data #1

Starting with Pepacton and Cannonsville. I'm working on this over in delaware-model-prep.

I used our internal DRB vizzy to identify the best outflow sites, then used the NLDI to identify qualifying inflow sites. The big challenges are that (1) not all tributaries are captured, and (2) not all inflow/outflow sites have temperature and flow data for every day. But we can at least look at what we do have:

Cannonsville inflows

Cannonsville outflows

Pepacton inflows

Pepacton outflows

Slightly revised plots - added one pepacton inflow, but mostly just reducing number of plots. And I realized that the above plots had outflows subbed for inflows in the temperature plots, which had made me think incorrectly that we had at least one time series of inflow temperatures at each reservoir, when in fact we have 0.
