this filters out segments that are in or immediately downstream (within 2 reaches) of as reservoir, based on the reach attributes file

Two other included changes - it increases the list of x vars and it removes the required r2 threshold for calculated Ar / deltaPhi for predicted water temps (but not for observed ones)
