update gw_utilities to use mean_temp_c as default temp variable #205

This PR updates gw_utilities.py to set the default temp variable name to "mean_temp_c" (or add a temp variable name if it was hard-coded) for consistency with the naming conventions in the sciencebase data releases of driver data.
