setPDF square? #27

Since setPDF is the only option that is actually designed to produce the right fonts and whatnot for USGS graphs, I think we need more options than just portrait and landscape.

The guide I'm looking at says: "For layout purposes, try to make the graph column width (less than or equal to 21 picas or 3.4 inches)."

Nevermind, figured out how to use the layout=list() option:
