Passing in values for the x buffer and height on the tooltip is a little more complicated. Could get that working with time. But this works

sorry, one more thing - it is clipPath instead of clip-path, so the browser is currently ignoring it. It is a really minor thing, but the clipPath is supposed to make it so you don't have this dual overlapping geom thing that creates a subtle horizontal line above the triangle: image
