Coordinate archiving of this repository #67

I have been the lead developer in migrating Geo Data Portal components to new internal GitLab locations. This repository is the final piece to move. I have already cloned this repository and pushed a copy to its new internal location. Once I have the deploy process finalized, I would like to coordinate with a maintainer of this repository to archive this copy.
