if vizlab is moving to waterdatadata.usgs.gov/visualizations, then it would be a good thing to have a consistent look and feel to all the new pages. WDFN uses an extension of the US Web Design system (https://github.com/USGS/wdfn-viz) to make a consistent visual identification scheme, which would probably be a good place to start. In the static web space, you may also consider moving to Hugo for generating the static content, so that you can take advantage of shared tooling there tool (see https://github.com/USGS/wdfn-blog for the general pattern for WMA docker-based Hugo patterns). These kind of approaches will get vizlab pages compliant with both USGS vizID rules as well as federal rules (IDEA act)
