more info tab not working on the live mapper #120

checked Terre Haute, IN and Beverly, OH. both of these sites should pop up with more info tab as default. review mapper seems to be working ok though.

I think this issue has something to do with SQL server not communicating which is still running on the 52.4.132.52 server. I checked the print map function and it's not working either on the live mapper. These functions are fairly important and should be fixed soon.

When we updated all our servers to have https enabled, I forgot to update the FIM server which is running the print and more info task, so when I changed the urls to include 'https' it broke because it's not enabled for that. For now, I've reverted it to 'http' and I'll have WiM IT update the server so it's in compliance.

It's working now.
