Info Page: Mineral Resources not yet discovered section changes #16

For Mineral Resources not yet discovered: Include an info icon defining tracts. Links like "SA18" for tracts don't make me picture a specific region. What else can you hotlink instead? Perhaps reverse the two table columns and hotlink the deposit type instead. Include the year of the publication in the table.
