All of this tries to fit in the lower right, and it is cut off.

I know this is an ESRI thing. Anything we can do about this?

Made adjustments to print template located at C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\Templates\ExportWebMapTemplates\Letter ANSI A Landscape 2.mxd
