Can we make the click radius tighter only for the principal aquifer layer #95

The click radius when clicking on principal aquifer seems too large. Because when zoomed out, one click will show a number of neighboring aquifers. If not, I don’t want to change it for all the other layers because it is good.

The tolerance for the identify on principal aquifers is actually 0 pixels, so not sure why this is happening. Possibly just overlapping aquifers.

Just realized that though I was setting the tolerance for a set of parameters intended for the principal aquifers, I was actually using another set of params on the identify
