Add export/print options to gagepage #418

Gage page modal in client needs print and/or export options.

To view the gage page, go to the "Gagestats" tab and click on a gage in the table that shows up.

It's best to click on one that does not start with "EC_" since they don't have any statistics or basin characteristics. The gage page looks like the image below and has sections for gage information, physical characteristics, streamflow statistics and citations, which will all need to be exported/printed out properly
